Southside Steaks and Cakes for the Win

They call their restaurant a Trap, play Trap Music, and have items on the menu like The Dime Bag. They are reclaiming those words and the food desert of South Dallas bite by bite with their amazing food and pay-it-forward mentality. Covid changed many things and closed many doors, but it opened one for Chris and Nicole and gave them a spot at the legendary Texas State Fair. They got a prized spot, and their dessert, Peanut Butter Delight,  won one of the most coveted awards in all the Land.
