Mark Brezinski

Mark Brezinski is a Dallas restauranteur, an author, a businessman, and an owner. He co-created multiple successful restaurant brands, like Pei Wei, Velvet Taco, and Bizzy Burger. In this episode, he shares about the creation of his new book Fork Fight, talks about how he innovates new ideas and concepts for the restaurants, and introduces several of his good friends who are also in this industry.
